Dr. Volpe was born in Passaic, New Jersey. He received his medical degree from the University of Rome, Rome, Italy in 1984. Dr. Volpe completed his postgraduate work at Morristown Memorial Hospital, Morristown, NJ and at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie IN. He worked at Jay County Hospital from 1986 to 1991, Fayette Memorial Hospital from 1989-1991, Doctor's Immediate Med-Center 1989-1997, Health South Medical Center 1997-2001 and at U.S. Healthworks from 2001-2008.

Dr. Volpe currently resides in Muncie, Indiana.
