Courtney Keller, PA-C

Courtney Keller is a Certified Physician Assistant in our Family Practice Department at Caylor-Nickel Clinic. Mrs. Keller was born in Bluffton, Indiana.

Prior to joining the Family Practice staff at Caylor-Nickel Clinic in June, 2005, she obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree from Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana. Her Certification as a Physician Assistant was completed in June, 2005.

She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants as well as the Indiana Academy of Physician Assistants.

She and her husband reside in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
