Donna Blair, M.D.

Dr. Donna Blair has been associated with Caylor-Nickel Clinic since 1988. She is a board certified OB-GYN physician.

She was born in Detroit, Michigan. Prior to joining the medical staff of Caylor-Nickel Clinic, she was in private solo practice in Dearborn, Michigan for six years and then was employed by the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan for one year. Her B.S. Degree was earned at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI with her M.D. conferred from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Her OB-GYN internship/residency training was completed at the Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn, MI.

Her special interests include contraceptive counseling and menopause. Her office practice is limited to office gynecology. She and her husband, John, reside in Bluffton, Indiana.
